A cop here ( Chucky Brown) was use as scapegoat for the system. This cop went to the higher authorities and confess on himself along with other bad cops. They told him get his lawyer and return. When they did, he presented a 73 page story said in the news media. After all said and done, he was the only cop charged and looking to face penalties. He was a cop of the so- call death squad. It weird though none of the other cops were on trail. Him only... Shalom
