Partners are required to go RED. They are going to FLOOD free videos with comercials, Then tighten up the vice.

@ Sabina Yes & No! They are deleting certain videos from users, and they are blocking sites from being veiwed in Japan,China,Korea etc... So if you come across one of these RED sites. You want be able to view all content unless you pay. All free content will start having a lot of commercials like TV. They will start this pay to view because they don't wanna keep paying for clicks= Partnerships!
