Founder and Chief Investigator of the Paranormal Research and Investigation Society of Maryland (PRISMd.) Jim is a 22 year Maryland law enforcement officer, and brings the training and knowledge of investigations together with the paranormal as referred to as "deductive reasoning". Researching the paranormal since 1978, Jim is a historian as well. Both Jim and PRISMd. members has worked in historic location preservation such as the Baltimore Museum of Industry in Baltimore, Maryland and historic Fort Mifflin in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
