But, that didnāt deter her from still helping him after the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth victims. She would lure the girls from busy malls, fairs, and even the side of the highway. Sometimes with the promise of marijuana. Once in the vehicle, her husband would force the victims in at gun point. Charlene would drive whilst her husband brutally raped the victimsā¦sometimes for hours at a time. Once he was done with them; Charlene would pull into a deserted area off the roadway/in the woods. Her husband would exit the vehicle ā with the victims ā kill them, and then dump or bury their bodies in a shallow grave.
This is definitely something that one should see the death penalty forā¦or at the very least, spend the rest of their life in prison for; right? Not in this case. Charlene is out of prison and walking among usā¦
