Jackie is a Medical Administrative Specialist in the U.S. Air Force & Veteran of New York Police Department who has survived domestic violence and knows first-hand what it feels like to experience being falsely accused and had to clear her name. She chose to rise above the stigma with the art of healing and forgiveness by identifying her triggers in order to create true self-love and awareness. A proud mother of 4 children, who has embodied confidence, courage, and resilience from her strong stock. Her children are her world and help Jackie stay focused on the legacy she is creating for them instead of looking back in the past. As a Supervisor of the Patient Access Dept, Jackie exudes a welcoming spirit, which is a part of her DNA, along with a servant's heart. Her mission is to change the thoughts, language, and perspective of what diversity and culture look like in the world.
