Description
On this episode, Sean Garmer, Marc Morrison, and Jens Dietrich begin by discussing games they are playing/reviewing beginning with Marc talking about his experience with the first few hours of...
show moreAfter that, they get into the news of the week and there's quite a bit.
Nintendo and Masahiro Sakurai revealed Byleth as the final Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighter Pass character. Considering there are two huge Fire Emblem: Three Houses fans on the panel, their opinions on the inclusion is much more celebratory than some others out there.
They also discuss the big game delays including Cyberpunk 2077 and Final Fantasy VII Remake. Sony skips E3 for the second year in a row and the ESA responds. Does Sony really need E3 at this point? And is in E3 headed in the right direction?
Not to mention, Horizon: Zero Dawn is headed to PC and perhaps other Sony first party games may join it on Steam and Epic Games store in the future. Is this the end of console exclusives? Or just another avenue for Sony to get more people playing their games? (We tend to agree on the second option.)
Finally, the trio gush about their favorite Nintendo consoles, discussing their first ones, the games that brought them the most joy, and too much Virtual Boy talk as well.
