Starting your job search as an immigrant/newcomer in a new country can be tough, and there are so many myths out there about how to find work when you've recently arrived. In this episode of Get a Job, we chat to representatives from the Immigrant Employment Council of BC, MOSAIC and WorkBC to dispel some of these myths, and provide a 360 degree insight (from a potential employers' perspective, settlement services perspective and employment services perspective) into how to approach your job search as a newcomer.
