The Marion County Childcare Coalition was formed last year and they surveyed working families across the county about their current and future child care needs and their experiences, So, Theresa Lubke from The Y, Heidi Jones from Marion Matters and Leslie Schneider from the United Way joined to podcast to discuss the results and how they're using those results to help our community.
