On our weekly news show Chris Stafford is joined by Nancy Gillen from Inside the Games. We have the top stories from around the world of women’s sport. This week’s guest is Team USA Olympic sailor Sarah Newberry Moore who is also co-host of our new podcast Mum’s the Word, which covers everything from periods to pregnancy and post-partum to parenting for sportswomen. Sarah explains how she is juggling Olympic training from coast to coast and how she is staying fit off the water.
