As we head towards the closing stages of the Tokyo Olympic Games, Chris and Nancy reflect on some of the highlight performances as well as some headlines around the athlete’s stories off the field.  Dr. Kirstin Lauritzen joins in the conversation to talk about the pressures facing athletes and impact on their mental health. Some athletes have lost parents during the games, others have seen their Olympic dreams collapse though injuries. Invariably we have seen new champions emerge, there have also been surprisingly disappointing performances and many surprises as happens with Olympic Games.
