On this episode we talk ways you can improve your swim. But first, Kirstin gives us an update into her training this past week to give you an insight into what it's like preparing for the Couer d'Alene Ironman in June. Kirstin celebrates some successes with her training, particularly in the swim. So, how do you improve your swimming skills? It's a question she gets asked a lot and her recommendation is join a local masters swim team. You may also be thinking, but I'm not good enough for that. Anyone, at any level, can join. Kirstin also offers a few other ideas for improving your swim if the local swim team is not a good fit.
