We long for it, we pine over it, we despair over its loss and grieve its absence.

We send silly cards and eat chocolate and wish for flowers or grumble about not having received them as we near this arbitrary Day of Love called St. Valentine’s Day.

But a deeper conversation calls to us. An Untamed Valentine of sorts. Consider it a love letter from me to you.

On this week’s show, we truly went to the heart of the matter.

What is it that has us truly love and be loved?

Why can’t we find our Soul Mate or maintain blissful union once we have found our partner?

Why does it seem like our lovers speak a different language than us and we can’t quite get on the same page?

What is the magik elixir that heals all wounds and transforms all indiscretions? (And where do we get our own bottle??)

As a woman who has traversed leagues of terrain between a heart fully closed to one vulnerably opening, I am always eager to share the medicine I have gleaned about all things L-O-V-E.

Here are a few highlights:

1:40 An "Etch-a-Sketch" moment from the Universe as the show opened

20:45 "Love is the currency of the Universe"

24:15 Energy Exercise - Love as Energy

36:23 What is "Both / And" in Love

44:10 Love as Choice -The Five Love Languages

53:35 Tending to Love - Action Steps for Living as Love

What a delicious gift to give ourselves and those closest to us this V-Day
