Jacynth also told us about her troubles with trolling on social media and an excellent ideas for dealing with this really annoying, and sometimes upsetting aspect of marketing.

Hazel shared how she broke into the prestigious Ascot hat market - not an easy thing to do by anyone's reckoning!
