Dr. Jeanette welcomes Teresa Jones, author of Transitioning To a Healthier Lifestyle, shares her personal challenges with losing weight.  Teresa had to learn how to eat differently as she had gotten so far away from her roots, how she ate when she grew up.  Have you changed the way you eat and now need a road back?  What if you did not grow up eating a great diet and the foods you ate then were very unhealthy?  How do you learn how to eat now?

Teresa has lost all her excessive weight by herself and just making small changes each day has brought her increased health along the way.  She now coaches others who are struggling with the concepts of how to make changes when you may not know how to start or what to do.
