Glenn and I carry on from last week's topic, discussing the importance of gaining muscle mass in the right places, and how to do this using the repetition method. We also touch upon the differences in physical attributes between extremely muscular weightlifters compared with those who visually look lacking in muscular development. To start off however we briefly discuss the awful events which occurred in London the day prior to recording.
