Introducing the Black Pool New York Podcast. A new podcast from The Swell Season Surf Radio network.

On the First episode of The Black Pool New York Podcast we sit down with John Abate.
John is trained and qualified to teach MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) through the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness. Along with his training and credentials John has spent time formally on silent meditation retreats and he co-leads and facilitates mindfulness and meditation retreats based in Joshua Tree, CA. John shares his path discovering mindfulness and spiritual practice with local community organizations, corporate workshops, and has spoken on podcasts about topics related to mindfulness, meditation, and cultivating a daily practice. So plug your ears into the mycelium, fill your lungs with ether, and tune your heart into the collective voice.

Thank you for listening… Remember people: DRINK GOOD COFFEE, LISTEN TO GOOD MUSIC, BE KIND TO THE OTHER HUMANS
