Ruta Jazokas is a Designated Early Childhood Educator (DECE) with Ontario's Peel District School Board. In this conversation, we reflect on her relationship with her OCT partner, the experience of working with students remotely during the recent pandemic shutdown, her appreciation of the work of educational assistants in her school, and the passion with which she approaches her work.
