Paula Thorsland holds a BA in English and education, and an MEd in instructional design. She has worked in the education field for 25 years as an instructor and more recently as an senior instructional designer and Manager of the eLearning and Instructional Design Team at UMass Boston. Her focus is to help faculty learn to use technology successfully in their online and face-to-face courses, while ensuring that course objectives are being met.
