Melanie Safka's career has spanned over 5 decades. From the coffee houses of Greenwich Village to the stage of the Woodstock Festival in 1969——and beyond, Melanie's music and message still resonates today.

I had the chance to catch up with Melanie a couple days ahead of a livestream concert (March 27, 2021) and we shared some stories, a few tunes and some poignant reflections on the music machine.
