The province of Alberta is in the middle of a curriculum revision for Elementary Social Studies as well as the Arts. Some of the planning documents were recently leaked to the media and the resulting pushback has been palpable.

Joining me today to speak about the leaked revisions are two professors from the Werklund School of Education at the University of Calgary.

Dr. Maren Aukerman and Dr. David Scott bring some important insights into the process that has been undertaken and the direction the the UCP-led government in Alberta seems to be going with regard to curriculum content.
