It was originally intended as an overnight political talk show but Art quickly switched gears when he found that in these late hours everyone calling in had a conspiracy theory or paranormal tale to spin. Since then, nearly every conspiracy theory, monster tale, or weird occultist yarn can attribute its genesis at least somewhat to this program.
