Shelly is a passionate entrepraneur  who after 12 years of selling real estate decided to branch out and explore the topic of empathy. Raising teenagers in this day and age made her realize there aren't many places kids can fully be their authentic selves. Once she aligned with the #EveryTeenSeen movement, it became clear that they deserved to be listened to. She is creating a school that they'd like to attend! It's been so fun hearing what teens would do differently. "I imagine a day where we honor and celebrate everyone's uniqueness!"
