Janet Hogan Chapman was born, raised, and lived all her life in and around Atlanta, Georgia. She writes about remarkable women and claims her mission as The Bohemian Southern Belle is to empower strong women through prose and poetry.
A life-long writer, Dr. Chapman has published professionally on historical topics, infant education, preschool ministry, elementary education, and teacher education.
