Skin cancer, sun tan lotions, travel insurance and Euro 2016 all feature in this week's show.
My first guest is Ashley Paton. A mum-of-two, Ashley was diagnosed with melanoma after using sun beds and sunbathing when she was younger. She explains how the cancer was found and how she received support from Macmillan.

Travel insurance is very important, but not everyone gets cover. Ant Clarke-Cowell, from Holiday Extras uses results from a recent survey to explain just how important getting the right cover is.
After recording this interview with Ant, I visited a forum for travel professionals. Someone had posted that they had lost £1,000s by not having any travel insurance. Being in the trade they should have known better.
Don't risk it, always get travel insurance when you book a trip.
I have another fellow UK Health Radio presenter on this week. Throughout her husband's battle with cancer, Joni Aldrich fought to find the best approach to his treatment. Now, through her books, websites, seminars, and other resources, she hopes to be part of the support system for others who are fighting for life. Joni talks about suntan lotions (sun screens) and how they can be a health risk.
Her book, ADVOCACY HEALS U: 15 KEYS TO FAST TRACK RESULTS AND EMOTIONAL FULFILLMENT has been submitted for a Pulitzer Prize.
The Euro 2016 football tournament starts on 10th June (viewers in Scotland have their own programme). Unfortunately shady people are attracted to large public events. Adam Mortimer, from UK ECC, offers some consumer advice for those travelling to the games/local area.
