I was a flight attendant for many years and repeated the announcement multiple times in a day not realizing it was a personal message to my internal people pleaser when the oxygen masks drop, If you are traveling with someone who needs assistant, put the mask on yourself first . If you don t have a steady flow of oxygen, there is no way that you can be of help to anyone else around you. So how does this apply in life?
