I commented on Facebook when asked about this topic that I hate having my blood drawn to the point I sort of panic at the thought. I am now at the point in the broadcast where you mentioned "thumbs" and it made me realize how I will "recoil" as you put it when I see anyone on TV having their blood drawn or any other type of needle insertion that isn't just simply a shot. I can watch people getting "jabbed" for a shot all day long, but watch Intervention with an IV drug user, or a real life medical show where they draw someone's blood and I have to look away.
