Dr. Keith Ablow, a psychiatrist who spent a decade as a FOX News Contributor is concerned with not just the physical and financial toll the COVID virus will have, but the long term mental health impact.

He recently said:

There are really three pandemics. Coronavirus is the obvious one. There are two others: One is the rush to living online, with the associated hollowing out of interpersonal relationships and its own documented risk of increasing depression. The third one is the risk to autonomy and independent thinking— the risk of being infantilized as a population—which is spread by edicts from government and scientists who often are grasping at straws themselves to come up with fact-based guidance or rules.

Dr Ablow’s new book, “Trump Your Life”, is meant as an antidote to the second and third pandemics. It restores strength of SELF in these complex, perilous times.

It seems like the indecisive actions is becoming depressive to the population, and it’s having a terrible effect on the American People

This virus is being weaponized by those power hungry leaders. This is insane and it needs to stop.
