Volumes in her hospital is so low that they furloughed 16 ER technicians today. Capacity is at about 50%. Nurses have taken about 1/3 of their hours off. Doctors have been reduced by about 25%.

Dr. Gold: If you’d told me a month ago that there would be a case where the government would tell you you couldn’t go to work or you’d be fined or jailed, I would have laughed at you. It’s happening now.
