In 1914, Congress Broke Article 1 Section 8 giving over govt banking responsibility to a private entity, The Federal Reserve. The Fed is NOT the government. They started creating hard currency instead of using gold. Then eventually created a Federal Reserve Note that was backed by actual silver or gold. In 1933, they took us off that gold standard.

The Treasury is different than The Feb. The Treasury IS part of our government. If we spend more than we take in, they will issue Treasury Notes for the Stock Market to sell and support out debt structure.

Fed creates money based on "fractional reserve banking". No other bank has lasted more than 40 years on this system. We've already passed 40 years and are on borrowed time. The Fed ballooned the system. Now they HAVE to shrink it back down to a more manageable level. This is what's causing a volatile market.
