What charges is he bringing against California? CA has passed several laws that are in direct opposition to Federal immigration law. We cannot allow this to continue.

How is is lawful to prevent a business owner from voluntarily allowing a Federal officer to come into their place of business? It isn't!

Why would any Mayor want to keep a known criminal (who is also an illegal immigrant) in their jurisdiction?

We aren't asking California LEO's to go out and round up people. We're asking CA to cooperate with Federal law enforcement.
