Moldea had him tested five times by different people and he always tested true. Also that Thane guy was not carrying a .22 that day, he was carrying a .38. The fact he owned a .22 and sold it doesn't matter. All this is according to Moldea. I think the same people who killed MLK was planning on killing RFK but I honestly believe a crazy antisemitic named Sirhan just happen to beat them to it. But I'm open to be convinced otherwise if there is evidence someone can put forward.
