Friends, we are going to bring on two guests today, sisters Pearl Barrett & Serene Allison who are the authors of the bestselling book, Trim Healthy Mama.  You might be a bit skeptical about a book that has the word “Trim” in the title. This is only natural as so many mothers out there are looking for a better way, particularly homeschool moms who are busy and overwhelmed.  The fads, dieting, exercises are all time consuming and unappealing.
