Steve Davis, M.Ed is a Business Performance Advisor for Insperity HR outsourcing service. We discuss the impact of HR on small and growing businesses and how bigger businesses can create tremendous value from better (or best) HR practices. Davis is also a past Chairman of the Oklahoma Venture Forum (OVF).
