need to honor it as a human being. I don't need to constantly produce work to prove my worthiness or seem all smiles day in and day out when in reality that is not me or the definition of authenticity. In this podcast I share with you what rituals have helped me stay grounded and be in the emotional space that I am in, in that moment. Honoring these moments and choosing to not react is where we find growth within ourselves. I hope this podcast will help you find a safe space within yourself as I am very nervous to be sharing it with my community, but then again sharing something that scares you is maybe something another needs to hear.
