This video covers how to buy a house and common myths. There are several common real estate myths and popular questions that I’m asked as a real estate agent by many home buyers. One of the most common statements I hear is: “I want to work directly with the listing agent when buying a home.” As a listing realtor in Tampa, you owe your seller a fiduciary responsibility to represent them with their home sale. I personally don’t think it’s a good idea to go to the listing agent directly because you should be able to find an agent that will be able to do the work for you. Choose your agent wisely who can answer your real estate questions.
