I spoke about our need for rest and how The Father has commanded us to Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy. This was instituted by God, Himself, as He knew how we would naturally evolve into a state of busyness; always running, non-stop and on the go.
Moreover, I spoke of Pride and how we have a natural bent to compete; wanting to outdo our fellow neighbor, to "be" and "have" more than the man/lady next to us.
Finally, I suggested 3 practical tips for combating Pride.
