Yesterday morning was not unlike every other for the past thirty five years: I began my day with a power walk. A few miles from my house, I noticed a penny lying in my path. As always, I bent down to pick it up. On every coin there is the phrase "Trust in God". For me, these coins serve as a reminder to always rely on God. But there was another side to trust that I needed to investigate.
