Jacques Torres, fondly known as Mr. Chocolate, is one of the world's most respected experts on all things confection. Founder of Jacques Torres Chocolates, produced and sold in New York and online at MrChocolate.com, Jacques' collection includes exquisite artisan chocolates and other sweets. He serves as Dean of Pastry Arts at the International Culinary Center (NYC) and has been honored with numerous industry awards. He is the recipient of France's prestigious Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur.
