Why would we want high standards in business? They create a lot of work that nobody likes in the first place? If you are the business owner, setting high standards doesn't make you popular. However, going from good to great requires extraordinary efforts and high standards. That's IF you want high standards. If you are willing to settle for "good", things can be that much easier.
