World news, Syrian Crisis. Rhonda Ohlson works with people who have difficulty expressing their needs, wants desires, and feelings, using the Feldenkrais Method, body psychotherapy, Hakomi and singing.
Rhonda was raised in an environment where she was afraid to speak her truth, for fear of being harmed, or shamed, or rejected. Eventually, I had locked down my feelings to the point that I developed painful body symptoms. Using all the above modalities resulted in singing Opera at 67Yrs old.
