Natalia Joseph's work spans nearly two decades in the education and employment space.
She researches, develops, creates and delivers training in the area of employment and soft skills development.

She developed her first online program in 2004 before online learning became accepted into mainstream training activities.
Her international modelling career was cut short after being hit on the footpath by a drunk driver. Natalia published her first book in 1992 and now runs employment programs.
