On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman speaks to Johnny from Nothing More, who are playing Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Speedway in Florida.

Johnny and Pipeman talks about how a lot of the success of Nothing More is down to Danny Wimmer, who took a liking to the band and started to push them for more and more festivals and playing the main stages more and more. They also tell us it wasn’t easy and have been going at this for a long time.

Talking about some upcoming festivals like Incarceration, Louder than Life and Aftershock, Johnny expresses the bands delight to be back on the road and touring and being able to see more and more fans turning up, which serves as a good milestone marker as to how they’re doing.

Speaking about the pandemic, Johnny talks about how the time off gave them and opportunity to write a really deep album which fans can chew on, and he feels is their best one yet. This is something Pipeman has been saying, that the pandemic is going to lead to some of the best music we have ever heard.

Coming out of the pandemic, Johnny said he felt some nerves when they started playing live shows again and likened it to riding a bike for the first time in a long time, but almost immediately got back into the swing of things
