On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman is joined by Islander, live from Blue Ridge Festival, live from Virginia International Raceway, Virginia.

They start by talking about the kinks which have come up at the festival so far, with Pipeman having to go through a workout trying to get to their set, but it did lead to funny of story of how Jelly Roll got into an argument driving a golf kart.

Pipeman goes on to talk about their set at Blue Ridge, Pipeman says it was an awesome way to start the show with their new song about lemonade because people didn’t know what was coming next when they brought their old school sound to the stage.

After Blue Ridge, Islander are going to be kicking off a short run with Norma Jean, as well as some headline dates as far as Iowa and Texas over the course of two and a half weeks and 12 shows. After that they’ll go home and work on some new stuff.

Pipeman and Islander spot Anthrax and Shadows Fall mid interview, which prompts Pipeman to ask if one of the Islander guys has dreads as long as one of the Shadows Fall guys. They then move on to talk about who the mystery artist who is scheduled to be announced after the interview is, with their best guesses being Machine Head or Corey Taylor solo.
