Needing to jump a high hurdle Cindy feels stuck in self doubt. Instead of fretting she lies down and in a meditative state receives a teaching on how to get her energy moving. Stepping back into her centre like the Phoenix rising from the fire she does that jump. Bottom line? If we say "I can't" don't bother trying for you have already decided the outcome. Sharing her mantra Cindy reminds us that the opposite works just as well.
