CJ Liu interviews Marc Lesser (www.marclesser.net) author about his book "Seven Practices of a Mindful Leader". March shares his life path from a Zen monastery kitchen to creating a mindfulness program at Google. Marc describes his current interest in exploring the art of listening and its importance to mindful leadership. During Marc's recent sabbatical he returned to his roots being the leader of the Tassajara kitchen his first leadership job out of college and aptly applied his 7 Practices.
