If you’re in a fitness class and it’s just the same thing over and over again or you start to “get the pattern” it’s easy to let your mind wander to other things. Like, “did I take the trash out?” or “What will I make for dinner?” When your mind wanders you are no longer focused on your workout and your intensity and purpose can fade.
