I joined Caroline to discuss the issues of Indo-European Studies presented in the book as well as extrapolate upon the information presented by the author with our own insights from our individual studies and perspectives.

We look at the origin and migration of the Indo-Europeans, most especially as it pertains to European culture, academics of note who have explored this topic over the ages, socio-political trends which have coloured the field, and why this area of study is so important for us to delve into today.

If the pre-aryan nordic people during the neolithic had looked like dark spaniards or italiens then why had the people of the pitted ware culture and even funnel beaker culture almost always have y-chromosome I* or G*, they don't have J* or E*, I think that the people in northern central europe were very much like the european hunter-gatherers during the neolithic with perhaps som admixture from central europe but very limited...
