In this episode, I walk you through 6 ways to use your ("negative") emotions for good! I stole these 6 from Tony Robbins, but explain them in my own way ;)
These steps are:
1. Identify the emotion
2. Acknowledge and appreciate the message it's giving you
3. Get curious as to what the message is
4. Get yourself to feel reassured that you can deal with this emotion (by using past events)
5. Get certain you can handle this in the future (by use of visualization)
6. Take action and change your life!
Really great stuff!
*My neighbor approaches my car, as I'm recording. I left this part in the episode because it is real, special to me and I figured maybe you guys would appreciate some raw content. He and I had Thanksgiving breakfast together and then went for a walk. It was really needed for the both of us and this conversation displays that. Thanks for listening
