Tommy Franklin took over ownership at Virginia Motorsports Park simply because he loved racing there and wanted to share that love with others. Franklin (5:50), a successful business owner, champion Pro Mod racer, and co-owner of the Professional Drag Racers Association, has already transformed VMP in his short time running the venue and has big things in store for the place.
