Corey Taylor is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 3 golf fitness trainer who trains PGA and LPGA pros, but he also works with local golfers who are simply looking to improve their game through the use of golf fitness training. Corey played professional football in NFL Europe and the Arena Football League where he won the World Bowl Championship with the Berlin Thunder of NFL Europe and the Arena Cup with the Spokane Shock. Corey provides some easy and understandable pre round exercises that helps us to focus on the proper parts of the body that need warming up.
